1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Your account
- Keep your credentials secure
- One account per person
- You must be at least 13 (US) / 16 (EU)
- Notify us at security@valuetovictory.com if you suspect unauthorized access
3. Subscriptions, payment & refunds
- Auto-renews unless canceled before renewal — cancel anytime via your member portal
- Payments via Stripe — we don't store card numbers
- 14-day grace on failed payment · then read-only · then deletion per retention
- Refunds: Monthly subscriptions ($29) are non-refundable mid-month. Annual subscriptions are refundable within 7 days of billing. The $47 Skill Pack Bundle includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. Standalone digital books and audiobooks are non-refundable once accessed.
4. Acceptable use
Don't: use for unlawful purposes · reverse-engineer · upload malicious content · scrape en masse · spam · impersonate.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. We get a limited license to store and serve it.
6. Privacy
How we handle your data is in our Privacy Notice.
7. Termination
You can cancel anytime. We may terminate for material violations.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
9. Liability
To the max extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Value to Victory, its officers, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for any non-arbitrable disputes is the state or federal courts located in Roanoke, Virginia.
12. Arbitration & class-action waiver
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. If this waiver is unenforceable, the unenforceable portion shall be severed and the remainder of this section shall remain in force.
13. Changes
Material changes get 30 days' email notice.
14. Aligned Hearts (Dating Service)
If you use VTV Aligned Hearts, the following additional terms apply:
14.1 Eligibility: You must be 18 or older. You must be truthful about your age, gender, photos, and identity.
14.2 Free trial, assessment gate & subscription: Aligned Hearts is free for the first 30 days. We do not collect payment to start your free trial, and your trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. To keep your trial active, complete the P.I.N.K. assessment within 3 days of sign-up. If you do not, your access is paused; you may then optionally pay a one-time $0.97 fee to restore your 30-day trial, or subscribe to continue. To keep using Aligned Hearts after your free trial ends, you may subscribe for $29 per month. This subscription does not begin automatically — you choose to start it — and once started it auto-renews each month until you cancel.
14.3 Cancellation: Cancel your Aligned Hearts subscription anytime in the in-app Settings or by emailing billing@valuetovictory.com with subject "Aligned Hearts cancel." Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds for unused time.
14.4 Refunds: The one-time $0.97 trial-restore fee is non-refundable. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law (e.g., California Auto-Renewal Law allows cancellation within the first three days of any new auto-renewal term).
14.5 Conduct: No harassment, hate speech, nudity, illegal content, commercial solicitation, fake profiles, or impersonation. No collecting other users' photos or messages off-platform. No contact with users who have blocked you.
14.6 Photos & content: You represent that you own or have rights to all photos you upload, and that they depict you, are recent, and are not nude or sexually explicit. We may remove content at our discretion.
14.7 Safety disclaimer: We do not perform background checks. You are solely responsible for evaluating safety before meeting any user in person. Meet in public, tell a friend, trust your gut. Report concerning behavior in-app.
14.8 No guarantees: We do not guarantee matches, messages, marriages, or any romantic outcome. Compatibility scores are informational, not predictive.
14.9 Account termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or repeated user reports. Termination forfeits any unused subscription time.
